½ cup panko breadcrumb
4 - 6oz white fish fillets (such as haddock, cod, or halibut)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

Directions

1. Combine Zesty Lemon Herb with panko breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.
