Wonton Crackers with 7 Seed Crust

Impress friends, family and yourself by making homemade crackers. Simply brush store bought wonton wrappers with olive oil and season with my 7 Seed Crust. 

Ingredients

Wonton Wrappers, thawed
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Cut a stack of 10 wontons diagonally creating a diamond shape. Arrange cut wontons on the prepared pan. These should not be touching but do not need a lot of room as they will not expand.
3. Brush each wonton with olive oil and sprinkle with 7 Seed Crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
4. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container for 7 days.
