I created my Zesty Lemon White Fish seasoning specifically for white fish, such as haddock, cod, or halibut, which can be bland if not properly seasoned. My blend combines sea salt, onion and garlic, a bit of demerara sugar, black pepper, and orange and lemon. It makes simple white fish taste amazing.
First, combine one packet of my Zesty Lemon White Fish seasoning blend with a half-cup of panko breadcrumbs.
Then, divide about a pound and a half of your favorite white fish into four servings, and coat each piece with the breadcrumb mixture. Heat three tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the fish to the pan and sauté for three to six minutes on each side or until opaque and just cooked through.
And that’s my Zesty Lemon White Fish. It’s super easy and so delicious.
