Spicy New Orleans Chicken Wings

These chicken wings are not for those faint of heart as this recipe packs a serious spice level. 


4 tablespoons New Orleans Seasoning
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1.5 teaspoon kosher salt
2 pounds chicken wings

1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl add the New Orleans seasoning, flour, salt and chicken wings. Toss to coat.
3. Transfer the wings to the prepared pan shaking off any excess flour.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
5. Serve warm with bleu cheese or ranching dressing.

Recipe Tip:
Use non-stick aluminum foil. It makes it much easier to flip the wings over at the halfway point.
