Shipping Options and Policy

Orders shipped within the Contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii, and all APO/FPO addresses with a final shopping basket total of $49.00 or more will receive free standard shipping. Shipping rates do not apply to wholesale, food service or commercial accounts. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A valid street address is required for delivery. All PO Box addresses are limited to USPS Priority Mail. On all orders please allow 5 business days for order processing and 3-5 days in transit.

Product Availability

Due to COVID 19 we are experiencing delayed shipping.  Orders could take 5 business days for processing.  

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately.

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.


Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address


Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please call (800) 403-8981 Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm ET and we will do our absolute best to help you.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason let us know.


  • Unopened seasonings can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a credit or exchange will be issued for merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. 
  • An original receipt is required for all returns.

  • A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of our error.

  • To return an item:

    • Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

    • Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.
