Shipping Options and Policy

Orders shipped within the Contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii, and all APO/FPO addresses with a final shopping basket total of $49.00 or more will receive free standard shipping. Shipping rates do not apply to wholesale, food service or commercial accounts. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A valid street address is required for delivery. All PO Box addresses are limited to USPS Priority Mail. On all orders please allow 5 business days for order processing and 3-5 days in transit.

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.

 

Returned Orders

If your order is returned to our facility for reasons including: shipping address is considered insufficient by the courier, no mail receptacle, or no forwarding address:

1. The order can be re-shipped once a correct shipping address is confirmed. You are liable for the cost of re-shipment. 

2. The order can be refunded less the shipping fee. 

Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please call (800) 403-8981 Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm ET and we will do our absolute best to help you.

Returns

Unopened seasonings can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a credit or exchange will be issued for merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. 

  • An original receipt is required for all returns.

  • A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of our error.

  • To return an item:

    • Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

    • Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.
